We spent Friday the March 6th at IRP LLC the makers of our caliper mounting brackets and got to see them being made.

Here they are being chewed out of solid billet 6061 aluminum on IRP's CNC.




This is what they look like after the first machining process. They start out as a solid 2" x 4" x 48" billet.




Each caliper is cut out of the solid billet and then bolted to a final machining plate so the other side can be finished.


















Here's the finished product after being media tumbled, hard anodized and laser etched with our logo!
